Please choose an appropriate shipping method and additional Cold Packs if needed, while we make every effort to maintain the quality of our products, it's important to note that we are not responsible for unforeseen weather conditions which can arise during transit, or that the product may be left at the customer's porch by the courier, which can expose the food to extreme temperatures. 

Our team makes every possible effort to guarantee that our products reach you in the optimal condition. It's important to understand that the purpose of the ice pack is to sustain freshness during transit, and the ice pack may melt during this process. However, the insulation we utilize is designed to continue cooling the product even if the ice pack is no longer frozen.
